- 3-4 lb chuck roast
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 cup of low sodium beef broth
- 3 ribs of celery
- 1 yellow onion
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Spray a frying pan with PAM and brown the roast on each side.
Place roast on top of veggies.
Combine the beef broth, cinnamon, and pepper and pour into the crock pot.
Cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.
